Book Review-Snow White by The Brothers Grimm

Snow White by Jacob Grimm

This was not the Snow White tale that I thought I knew. Then again, I've never actually read a Grimm's fairy tale before. I've only seen the Disney versions. This book was almost a mixture of Snow White and Goldilocks and The Three Bears. The hatred shown by Snow's step-mother for Snow makes me wonder how this could ever be a story for children. The illustration are a wonderful compliment. They are stunning. They match the story perfectly.
